Dipak Thakker, Principal
As Principal and Founder of Aroma Hotels, Mr. Dipak Thakker shares the lead in business development efforts including acquisition and finance. His commitment to driving profit and market share are complimented by his ability to successfully managing financial and marketing operation of the company. Mr. Thakker's leadership, insight in operations and business planning contribute significantly to the company's value. Dipak holds an MBA degree from University of Maryland, College Park. He brings in strong finance and management background and hands on experience in managing people and controlling cost at various stages in delivering a business solution.
Annette Cougburn, General Manager
Annette Cougburn is the General Manager of the Holiday Inn - I95 South in Fayetteville, NC. Annette is been working at the hotel for past 20 years at various role. Prior to assuming GM role, she worked at the hotel as the controller for over 5 years.
As the GM, Annette oversees all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. She is responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all hotel staff.
